Monday with D. James Kennedy

Posted on Monday, December 7th, 2009 by Ali Johnson

D. James Kennedy was a pastor, TV presenter, theologian and founder of a seminary. I found this quote a year or so ago and have mused over it for a while now. D. James Kennedy "The truth is: had Jesus never been the born the world would be a far more miserable than it is. In fact, many of man's noblest and kindest deeds find their motivation in love for Jesus Christ; and some our greatest accomplishments also have their origin in service rendered to the humble Carpenter of  Nazareth." "Everybody says they believe in God but they don't do God's work. Everybody counteracts what God is really about. If Jesus was here, do you think Jesus would show me any love? Do you think Jesus would love me? I'm a Muslim, but do you think Jesus would love me ... I think Jesus would have a drink with me and discuss ... why you acting like that? Now, he would be cool. He would talk ...
